Prep & Wash
Power wash the roof at 1500- 2500psi. Remove all loose debris.

Adhesion
Get the adhesion results you need to stick to a variety of single ply membranes with Titanium Single Ply Primers. Applied at 300-500 sq. ft. per gallon, provides a penetrating adhesion vs. surface adhesion.

Stop Leaks
Stop leaks with Fabric Faced Tape. This product is design to strip in field seams, flashings and penetrations. Giving you added protection over the most problematic areas of single ply membranes. Once seams are stripped in and coated they become stronger than when first installed.

Sustainable/Renewable
Prevent shrinking, cracking, crazing and costly repairs. Restore your single ply membrane and extend the life of your roof by twice the original life expectancy. Get a highly reflective, high performing coating system using Platinum All Purpose or Platinum Premium Finish Coat. These products can be applied at 2–3 gallons per square depending on desired results.
